Don’t make the same mistake again-------the boomin

As a broad spectrum, high efficiency, low-residue, and moderate toxic insecticide, Chlorpyrifos is regarded as a new shining star, which is supposed to have great market potential and capable to take advantage of high-toxic products forbidden policy by Chinese government.

Benefit from the consistent investment from both government and private investors, a number of manufacturers expand their production capacity. ShanDong TianCheng Pesticides Co., Ltd services as a convincing example, which expanded its capacity from 10,000 metric tons per year to 15,000. ZheJang Xinnong Chemical Co., ltd followed up tightly, which doubled from 5,000 metric tons to 10,000. It’s estimated that our total capacity has reached 100,000 metric tons, while the domestic market only call for 18,000 metric tons. That is to say more than 80% are planned to being exported to foreign countries.

Nevertheless, the economy has not fully recovered yet, the exports are still far from being satisfactory. On the contrary, the investment and repeated construction is ever-increasing, just like what happened to Glyphsate. Even most investors insist that all those pay will result in huge return as long as the markets get rid of this destructive crisis, from our point of view, Chlopyrifos does not bring much change in most of those big pesticide consumers, like Europe, U.S.A, south-east Asia, including India. And due to the new restrictions on application range and harsh registration policy, the potential risks should not be ignored.

Abamectin Market May Rallied From Bottom
2009-11-5

Going through the past big year, varies of pesticides had to face the severe situation, struggling in over capacity and unexpected low market, whilst, Abamectin come into our focus with its soaring price. However, things changed dramatically since June, the prices went from heaven to hell. The expansion due to unrealistically optimistic and lower demand are responsible for this issue.

Some manufacturers are now trying to stop this falling trend by limit their production, save stock for boom season. This does work well at this moment.

Abamectin takes a relatively longer production period and usually applied during March and April. The market price may fluctuate greatly as the changes of supply and demand relation. In this way, making stock in lower season could help to improve the situation. This year, it just comes earlier compared with other times.

It seems that economy is recovering steadily and either in domestic and international market, the orders are increasing, the price may probably go up by the end of this year, or earlier next year. According to a rough research, our total capacity of Abamectin technical reaches 3,800 metric tons, which only sold out less then 50% in the first three quarters, what will happen if all the capacity released into the market by then?

10% Glyphosate SL Shall Be Banned In China
2009-11-4

China government may announce a ban on Glyphosate 10% SL in the coming future. Now as Glyphosate becomes the most well sold herbicide in the global region, with great volunm of Glyphosate manufactured in China, question about how to deal with the liquid salt waste seemed to be much important. In the past, some factories produced 10% SL Glyphosate with the liquid waste. When it is sold to the farmers, it caused serious pollution to the soil.

The ban will call out more environmental concern in China. Also, it will stimulate the factory to improve their production method. The government is certain of the quality of Chinese agrochemicals and trust that they will keep ahead of other countries.?
