Prentiss’s fungicide Flexin was halted, because Prentiss has changed registered recipe of formulation products. The survey also found that active ingredient Glyphosate of Shadow, Gliato, Gly-up and tupan came from companies which still did not gain registrations in Brazil.
The survey also found that Herbicide Zaphir ( Imazephyr) from DAV agro company was mixed with defective products. Anvisa said that this violation of pesticide will be punished by paying 1,500,000 BRL fine or canceling this product’s toxicity assessment reports. IF further survey found this product has caused illegal activities, Authorities would hand over this case to the judicial department for punishment.
